XP Pro w/SP3 and XP Pro x64 w/SP2 have security updates at the Microsoft Download center. For each XP version I got one for IE8 and eight for XP (assuming I didn't miss one as I perused the downloads).

Wouldn't install on Win7 w/SP1 here - got error message a required update had not been installed - unable to determine KB number for that update.
