What version of AutoPatcher are you running, sorry if I missed it. I'm assuming AP 6x, 6132 and up. Using curent version v6.1.32 as updated by AP itself not long ago. There is /fast -- this will skip the md5 check. If you're typing in the commands you may want to create a shortcut to autopatcher.exe and add both switches -- /nolicense /fast.
