Re: dotnet_x64.rtiz Script Problem?
Ok, manually moved (i.e. deleted) the extra files, downloaded the new .NET Framework Addon Pack x64 (June 27) and ran AP6 to check/install the updates. AP6 now back in Official status.

Re: dotnet_x64.rtiz Script Problem?
Thanks, for moving this. Still learning the ropes. Sweeper gave the option to delete these files, decided not to do this, thinking they were needed but not aligned with the script. I suppose I could have manually deleted these and checked for status but ... what should have been done with the Sweepe...

All is/went well with seven_x64_sp1.rti (June 27, 2016) however, ran into an issue with a .Net Framework update dotnet_x64.rtiz (May 25, 2016) that forced AP6 into the Unofficial state: NDP1.1sp1-KB2833941-X86.exe' was found, but not mentioned by any RTI NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe' was found, but no...

Re: Using Apup v1.5.1 and AP v5.7.56 to Install Win7 Updates
Is there any way AP can get the installation outcome of each patch (pass, fail, not needed), flag a fail and then if not needed, deselect the update?

Re: Using Apup v1.5.1 and AP v5.7.56 to Install Win7 Updates
TAPG, thanks for posting the link to AP5. I too am focused on AP 6 and your last update (APv6.2.05) works ok here on Windows 7-64. Came up with Official status using Modules and seven_x64_SP1.rti from the last DL. AP6 still wouldn't install 9 updates but I found they are not applicable to my OS (dow...

Chris, many thanks for digging in here. Much appreciated. I'll continue to plug along and let you know my results (if I get any further). Hoping that TAPG can help.

Re: Using Apup v1.5.1 and AP v5.7.56 to Install Win7 Updates
Chris, A follow-on point from my last post. I decompressed the seven_x64_sp1.rtiz (June 23) in AP v6.22.02 and used the .rti in AP 5.7.56. It worked. The Release Information shows Release = True but AP still displays Unofficial/Unsupported. Release=True -> but AP=Unofficial -> = Extra File(s). You ...

Re: Windows 7 SP1 x64 Update Order
Thanks. Good to Know. Had a problem with MS updates after a clean install of Windows 7 SP1 x64. Was stuck on checking for updates ... forever. Found that the Update Client included with the package needed to be updated to kb3138612 (before installation, disable auto-check for updates and stop wuause...

Chris,
A follow-on point from my last post. I decompressed the seven_x64_sp1.rtiz (June 23) in AP v6.22.02 and used the .rti in AP 5.7.56. It worked. The Release Information shows Release = True but AP still displays Unofficial/Unsupported.
