I have two laptops both running sp1. I use the same DVD to update both, but one never updates the system. Where is the log file that would tell me why?

I am responsible for updating several secured computers that have no internet access. I have launched autopatcher.exe (v1.4.38) and selected APUP 1.4.38, Windows 7 SP1 (x64) and Office Addons Pack (English). I receive a failure. I have attached the apup.log file.
