Re: Autopatcher v6.2

We need to see the log for a Windows 7 (x86 & x64) download to see why these files aren't downloading for you - fire up AP and select Win 7 (x86 & x64) only, let it finish. Post the unedited log. To keep things simple don't load the modules (Install Updates) pane in AP after the download co...

Re: Autopatcher v6.2

Pulled 6.2.2, fresh empty directory, dled common modules, win7 32/64, redistributables, and .net 32/64. AP now lists modules in the about->release box, but win7 32/64 are both coming back false, missing files even though the DL side didn't complain. AP log: Autopatcher v6.2.2 Has Started at 6/20/201...

From a fresh empty directory with 6202, re-downloaded the patches for .net 32/64, win7 32/64, common mods, and redist:

No packages showing in About->Release Info, just all 'false' in the true/false column.

Re: Autopatcher v6.2

looks like you are missing a few rti(z) files vcredist common just run ap on them and it will download the rtiz files not the rest of them since you already have them. ... ohh what? You have duplicate ID's? Are you sure your archive is non-modified? Sweeper sez: Sweeper Has Started At 6/13/2016 10:...

Re: Autopatcher v6.2

AP6201 pulled to a test-copy archive, ran download updates, pulled updates for win7 32/64, ran install updates, putting log here: Autopatcher v6.2.1 Has Started at 6/11/2016 7:34:49 PM Starting Autopatcher From D:\AP\AutoPatcher-v6_2_00 - Copy Checking if an update is already running. Re: Windows XP x86

unfortunately, yeah - that's why I've been trying to scrounge up a copy of AP5.7.56/APUP1.5.10 to use for XP builds; it's the last one that I know worked...

:)

edit-edit: installers are working now on XP with 5.7.56.

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

Well, I was hoping ChrisJ would see this or one of the other posts - he said he still has the 5.7.56 package, just didn't have any way to post it up as it was too big to attach; I left him an email address somewhere...

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

Looks like a previous update or something has crapped on VB6s ability to compile. I have been punching away at this for a few days and I can NOT get VB6 to compile. Reinstalling did nothing. It is complaining about unknown variables that are clearly defined IN THE SAME MODULE! EVERY MODULE. Anyways...

Re: Windows XP x86

Have updated the Windows XP x86 SP3 release, to stop the UNOFFICIAL status. Please refer to any of latest posts in this regard... mine shows everything I have as official already under 6.1.40, it just won't install any of the Critical patches correctly - either fails silently or fails with a dialog...
