My guess would be they may want to wait for the files to get past the RC stage
Wonderin', do any AP releases have software at the RC stage, if so it should be clearly stated in the
titles &
descriptions

There shouldn't be anything in the not "official" released state.(except for the testing area) RC is beta or testing as far as I am concerned.

I have a prerelease of .Net 4.6 but not the RC. Was try to see if there was a C++ 2015 and you seem to find it. I thin we should add them to the right place in the forum then when they go final add so we can download them.

Well, this thread is as good as any to talk about new redistributable releases, and when they're safe to install (Final) I'm sure they'll be added to the scripts

Hmm, difficult to say. I don't know how many programs are being made for windows 10 yet that need backwards compatibility with the lower OS's. We may want to carry that later when they become more prevalent.
