Sweet new download functions created that don't need an external application. Now on to figure out why installs are not getting called properly (after I get some sleep).

sorry... reinventing the wheel on the download functionality. Just putting my stubborn head to the grind stone and putting in 4 concurrent downloads by default.

Progress has been had. Download functions are mostly working. Will auto re-try failed downloads at end of downloading things.
Now just have to...
  • Get the window to auto expand/shrink to show a number of progress bars.
  • Get the .5 second update timer to update the stats for each download and show estimated times/speeds
  • Fix external application calls wierding out
  • Figure out the self signing ability in VB Express
That is all that is left before the new VB.net app is out for beta.

So I made great strides today. I got fed up with the external dlls being handled weirdly by VS and internalized most everything. It was a serious pain but, its great progress. A few bugs to stomp out and I will be able to show off the new sweeper and it should speed up progress on AP as well.

Some blog this is ehh? Hardly any updates. Well here is one.

None of these changes are available to public till I get it stable... still some bugs. At the moment it can't process the scripts properly.
Some pictures of the VB.net app running up to the front page... I don't have any clue what to put on the new front page since getting rid of the click able text.

I have also unencrypted the apt translation files. It seemed rather silly to have them encrypted. You will now be able to make changes to the translations and submit them to have them distributed in the next update.
Here is English at the moment I may add/remove more entries.

I was going to try and get the download code finished this weekend its the last bit not working (that I know of). Fate said otherwise.. AC broke down early in the morning, I didn't know because I slept in... So I being the MAN went out there and diagnosed it for 2 hours in the sweltering heat. Damn contactor.. ordered a new one... it will arrive Monday. Until then I can't get much sleep at all while its 97f in the damn house. Turning the computer on adds +10f to the room and its completely unbearable in minutes. Damn my need for high powered cards and processors...
