Re: Autopatcher v6.2

Ruining in elevated state from start causes windows 10 to bug the F out and cry about possibly being a bad program. I need to make an auto shortcut on first run that creates a link to autopatcher that runs as admin. I also needed to make sure autopatcher knows to not install unless it has admin privileges to make sure things like this don't happen.

I know this issue was generated in 6.1.40, have no idea about it.

Story goes, updated the Windows 8.1 and Seven for the Non Security monthly Rollup, uploaded to the server and set about to download for test run.
Started by selecting downloads and then the error appeared. Clicked OK, it went away and downloaded the release normally. Proceeded with a second run to see if error reappeared, NO ERROR. It does return each time Autopatcher is started afresh.
It is something I have done, but checked my work and all appears normal

Its fixed... use AP to download the 6.2.10

The error was how it was using the numbers given to it for the estimated download size. No fault to WAC but, when he started using larger numbers it showed an error that MS seems to have introduced to a function called CLng. CLng seems to be no longer capable of converting larger values down to a long like it is supposed to do. So I now have a bit of code that will chop off the needed digits to make it fit... that is rather disgraceful of M$ that this is needed.
