Failed updates showing as installed

I ran Autopatcher today and after 9 hours, I got a failed update message on restart. However, the failed updates are showing in Autopatcher as having been installed. How do I reset this?

if they are showing as installed they must have gotten partially installed at least. The update would not show as installed otherwise. To attempt to fix the issue run AP, go to the install area, right click on the install you believe was not installed properly, and select uninstall. If that does not work you will have to run MS update readiness tool that "may" fix your issue.
