Because in Autopatcher not have the latest version of DirectX 12?

As Directx 12 only supports Windows 10, this component would be best taken care of by the individual user. The release maintainer may see differently and add but at this time after a quick search of the internet did not find a standalone offline installer for DirectX 12. The only ones I found were for DirectX 9 and 11. If DirectX 11.2 offline installer filesize is anything to go by then the download would be in the order of 570 Mb+
