Create a shortcut to autopatcher.exe, in same directory or be any where convenient..
Right click on shortcut, click properties. You need to edit the target location box so as an example x:\autopatcher\autopatcher.exe /nolicense
More switches are available such as /fast /verbose --- remember a space between the switches. You can access the help box containing the switches by autopatcher /?
