Common programs and varios OS's.

I would like to recommend that various APMs be edited from:
[OperatingSystem]
WindowsVersion=XP_X64,2K3_X64,VISTA_X64,LHSERVER,SEVEN_X64,EIGHT_X64,EIGHT_1_X64
SystemLanguage=ANY

to:
[OperatingSystem]
WindowsVersion=ANY
SystemLanguage=ANY

for all of those addons and programs that are common to all versions of Windows, i.e: XP, Win7, Win8.1 and Win10.

I've done this here for Adobe Reader, Flash, Shockwave, etc and when AutoPatcher is invoked in XP, 7, 8.1 or 10TP those that are common to all OS's do appear correctly and as expected.

I'm not saying to do them all at once but over time as things are updated the common APMs could be edited. Just a suggestion. :D

Thanks DesertJerry for the suggestion. This has been on the back of my mind for ages but when comes the time for update it slips away.

Will go over these apms and make adjustments once the Updates for releases are cleared out of the way..

BTW is Win10 TP displaying correctly in autopatcher, I'm curious (not in little bit interested of testing).. When this reaches RTM and members start requesting a release to be created someone will need to raise there hand as Windows 8.1 is the last that I created and maintained.... others need to offer their time to help keep things alive..

So far Win10 TP Build 9926 seems to be AutoPatcher aware with no major problems, especially after I edited many APMs to change the operating system to ANY - as suggested above. As I make future edits I will endeavor to remember to note those that fail to work correctly under Win10TP. :)

Have edited some of the Addon apms DesertJerry, included was Shockwave and Silverlight. Do not need to edit Flash Player as Win8.1 and beyond are updated by Microsoft..

Also change Adobe AIR to:
WindowsVersion=ANY
SystemLanguage=ANY

Yes, Flash Player ActiveX is updated by Microsoft for Win8.1 and 10 - Flash Player Plugin and Pepper is not so Operating System ANY will work for them.

Suggest renaming APMs in accordance with Adobe's present naming system:

Title=Adobe Flash Player *** for Internet Explorer - ActiveX
Title=Adobe Flash Player *** for Firefox and Netscape Plug-In compatible applications - NPAPI
Title=Adobe Flash Player *** for Opera and Chromium based applications - PPAPI

Recent updates downloaded via APUP and AutoPatcher invoked -> Win7 w/SP1 Ultimate 64bit.

Recommend AdbeRdr11010_en_US.apm be edited:

from:

[OperatingSystem]
WindowsVersion=ANY
SystemLanguage=English

to:

[OperatingSystem]
WindowsVersion=XP,VISTA
SystemLanguage=English

thereby eliminating the previous Adobe Reader from being listed in Win7, 8, etc. as newer Reader is only compatible with 7 and later.

Also, noticed that Stand Alone is listed though there are no items included - I'm assumong stand_alone.apm is no longer necessary.
