Can it download all versions to one folder?

With the previous versions I had to have separate Autopatcher setups due to some conflicts from APUP putting some Windows version specific files into the same folders.

Does Autopatcher 6 keep everything separated so I can just select all XP, Vista, 7 and 8, x32 and x64 and all the Office and Addon stuff to download into a single place?

Generally speaking, each release should have its own folder. Take a look at - http://www.autopatcher.net/releases.list - open any script in a new tab and you can see exactly where each release goes after the .\modules folder. It looks like the OSes download to their respective folders.

A little more clarification to show what ChrisJ has posted ..

Here is a example typical listing for the tree structure

modules\
Windows_Eight_1_x64
Windows_Eight_1_x86
Windows_Seven_x64
Windows_Seven_x86
Windows Vista x86
Windows XP x64
Windows XP x86
AddOns
Common
Components
stand_alone

They of course will be listed alphabetically. There is no difference between the structures of the Official Autopatcher and the BETA version, both download the same script releases that are selected.
