I don't know much about these things,so bear with me, with me my problem might be one of the dumbest help request ever asked on here!
I'm trying to update my windows 7 Laptop but i'm not quite sure what has gone wrong and how to fix it. Please see my attached document.

hmm first time I have seen this error... will check it out.

edit:
I don't see anything wrong off the bat... Did you do anything to cause this? Stretch the window or move it around? Did it pop up right away when you got the the selection window?
