how can i update to service pack 1 using your software?
i downloaded the service pack 1 from the microsoft website and when i tried to install i got a "no element" error

All Service Packs must be manually installed. You must install the SP by run as administrator. Right click the file the select "Run as Administrator"
Once they are installed then use autopatcher to update the system.
