This has been included in Windows Seven and Eight 1.

This update needs to installed manually.
Locate Win7-KB3191566-x86.msu in the following location -- autopatcher:\modules\Windows_Seven_x86\NonCrtitical\NonCritical_files.
Right click the file and select "Run as Administrator" execute and follow the instructions
Once installed this update requires an reboot.
Once rebooted, run autopatcher to check if update is installed.
You can double this here -- Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Installed Updates
in search bar type KB3191566 ... this will didplay the update in the main panel
