KB961118 is dotNet-related and duplicate

KB961118 is also present in the dotNET package. I'm not sure if it's to be considered a dotNET update or a Windows update that fixes a side effect of dotNET, but it's installation checks for dotNET3 keys, as shown in KB961118.log:
But the file it changes, Ntprint.cat, is present even without dotNET3.
BTW, the uninstall command in http://www.autopatcher.net/releases/eng ... 0140521.7z \ WindowsXP-KB961118-x86-ENU.apm is different from what's in http://www.autopatcher.net/releases/dot ... 0140515.7z \ kb961118-xp-x86-enu.apm, and there's an extra slipstream command too.
