There just isn't a possible way unless they hand out a url that we can download off of. Good luck convincing them to do that.

Java 7 releases have been updated April 14, now on main list.
One final note: Once Oracle move these updates to their archive section, Java 7 will be removed from main list..

Java 7 is no longer on the main list, not available to the public.

July 2015: Updates for Java 7 are no longer available to the public. Oracle offers updates to Java 7 only for customers who have purchased Java support or have Oracle products that require Java 7.
Existing Java SE 7 downloads already posted as of April 2015 will remain accessible in the Java Archive on the Oracle Technology Network. Developers and end-users are encouraged to update to more recent Java SE versions that remain available for public download in order to continue receiving public updates and security enhancements.

From what I've seen and run across Jre7U79 is the last version that is compatible with XP 32/64 bit. Many comments in forums, which ones I don't recollect, state jre8 refuses to install on XP and/or installation gives a myriad of error massages if installation partially succeeds - I'd be careful.
More information - recently Google searched and found out that the problem is with the JRE8 installer as opposed to the runtime itself. If you're in XP you'll get an error message that only applies to the installer routine - disregard it and the java will successfully install - at least it did when I tried it on XP Pro x64.
