Re: AutoPatcher Windows 7 (x64) Updates
Under Windows 7 x64 Critical Updates all the Cumulative Security Updates for Internet Explorer 11 are grayed out and under Windows 7 x64 Recommended Updates Update for for Internet Explorer 11 is grayed out. This should be black if not installed and blue for installed right? For me it should be blue. On other thing I saw was .Net Framework 4.6 (Standalone Installer) is black and all the updates for version 4.6 are blue so the .Net Framework 4.6 (Standalone Installer) should be blue too right? Can you check on this. Thanks.

Re: AutoPatcher Windows 7 (x64) Updates
Win7 Ultimate w/SP1 64bit installed here. Checked with APUP - Win7 SP1 blue and date 25 Oct - so that must be latest. Started AutoPatcher > Win Seven x64 - Critical Updates > extensive list: six black with check marks in boxes, all other blue (installed) - clicking NEXT Autopatcer installed six with check marks - restarted AutoPatche same six still checked: KB2491683, KB2506212, KB2509553, KB2544893, KB2585542, KB3093513.
Updated Components .NET 4.6 > one item listed: 4.6 installer, nothing about updates.
Have no idea as to your Critical/Recommended Updates for IE11 - I have no such listing for any IE version as a separate item.

Re: AutoPatcher Windows 7 (x64) Updates
@parkd1, the reason for those particular updates appearing greyed is due to the fact that your are using Autopatcher 6.1.38, I have reverted back to 6.1.32 for this reason. Typically this occurs to updates that contain the [SystemComponents] entries.
As far as I am aware TheAPGuy is working on this and will release a newer version of Autopatcher.
@DesertJerry --- will look into those updates and report back with findings.
BTW this should be posted in The Autopatcher Beta forum as pertains to Autopatcher itself and not with issues for particular Windows 7 x64 updates.
UPDATE: Still searching and found some answers, will post when searching is completed...

AutoPatcher for Windows 7 SP1 (x64) 10-nov-2015
Error in autopatcher.log:
Download Error: ...\modules\Windows_Seven_x64\Critical\Critical_files\Windows6.1-KB3097877-x64.msu
File size does NOT match. Expecting 3891251, but found 3878899!!!
The reason for this file size mismatch is probably a quietly released new version of the KB3097877 update:
