As a result of uninstalling KB2982791, and checking Windows Update, KB2964736 is listed as needing to be installed. Have re-instated this update to the release August 18.

I'm getting a missing Windows8.1-KB2990532-x64.msu when downloading ...

It's seems Microsoft has pulled the update. Just like what was to be called Windows 8.1 Update 2.

Thanks for that Phenix, I had forgotten that update (part of August Update) will correct and upload to the server..
