If your OS is not patched to the latest Service Pack, most/all updates will be hidden or grayed out (not selectable).

@friendz -- you will that the updates you asked to added are included in the Windows 8.1 x86 release, there is however one exception to this, that being KB2919355 --- this is the main file for the UPDATE. KB890830 (MSRT) can be downloaded via the "Common Modules" release....

KB2636927 (Silverlight) is available in the "Extras" release....

They can found in the main list downloads via APUP (Autopatcher Updater)
