Had to edit vstor_redist_x64.apm and vstor_redist_x86.apm so that this update was visible in Win8 and 8.1

A major change will occur in the coming days to the Office Addons. Many of you may already be familiar with this, looking over the items contained took note that many are for older versions of Office and supported by Operating Systems that have GONE DARK.

As a result the Addons will be stripped down to only contain the Visual Studio Runtime packages as these still receive updates. Consideration being made to possibly renaming the package....
